    Dimensions can be seen within the product's sub-image. This image is set as bird's-eye view for easy full product placement. Individual piece dimension are located in the Description of the product under "Product Includes".

    Q: Why are there no prices shown on your web site?

    The tkclassics.com web site is a manufacturer's web site designed to showcase our furniture products. Prices are not shown on this site because TK Classic dealers are independently owned and operated. To obtain pricing please visit your nearest TK Classics retailer or retailer website.

    Q: Can I get a TK Classics catalog?

    We do not have catalogs or brochures that can be sent directly to consumers. Our active catalog is constantly being updated and available for viewing on our tkclassics.com website. The TK Classics eBrochure is available on our Home Page on the top right hand side.

    Q: Can I buy factory direct?

    We do not sell directly to the general public. We sell to authorized TK Classic dealers.

    Q: How do I become a TK Classics Dealer?

    You must have an active business license and complete a New Vendor Application. We may request further information to verify B2B qualification. TK Classics reviews completed applications in the order they are received and will notify you when a decision is made. Incomplete applications will not be processed or considered.

    Q: Can I reapply if my application is not accepted?

    You must wait 6 months to reapply if your TK Classics Vendor application is not accepted.

    Q: Is there an application fee?

    No, it's free to apply.

    Q: What are the minimum order requirements?

    Pricing and order information is shared only with authorized TK Classic Dealers. You will receive pricing and order information if your application is approved.

    Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

    Our warranty is extended through our retail partners. For warranty service, contact the TK Classics retailer from whom you purchased the product. Your retailer will require the proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. They will also request that you provide photographs of the product to submit to TK Classics. We will work through our retail partner to assure you, the consumer, the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.
